What You Will Work OnAs a Specialist in HR Technology, you'll be the go-to expert for maintaining and enhancing our Workday-powered HR platform. You'll manage configurations across multiple functional areas like HCM, Recruiting, Talent, and Compensation to ensure seamless system performance. Your role will include troubleshooting tier 2 inquiries, resolving data issues, and delivering technical support that keeps our HR operations running smoothly.
You'll also lead key initiatives such as bi-annual Workday releases, overseeing timelines, regression testing, and deployment of new features. From creating detailed documentation to managing team member engagement surveys, you'll ensure data integrity and actionable insights. Every day, you'll collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to optimize processes and deliver innovative solutions that elevate the employee experience.
You'll join a dynamic HR Technology team that partners closely with HR business units and cross-functional leaders. Collaboration is at the heart of this role—you'll work with analysts, HR partners, and system end-users to align technology solutions with business needs. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)
3+ years of Human Resources experience (required)
Broad knowledge of HR functions, policies, and procedures
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a technical mindset
Excellent communication and presentation abilities for diverse audiences
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; expert-level Excel skills (formulas, macros, pivot tables)
Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
A team-first attitude; while your core duties are your priority, you're happy to step in wherever you're needed
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Comfortable managing priorities and adapting to changing business needs
Flexible to work evenings and weekends as necessary
Regular in-office attendance is required
Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
Ability to adhere to company policies and professional standards
