What You Will Work OnChampion replenishment strategies that support strong inventory health across all channels. Work includes evaluating financial indicators, shaping inventory flow processes, and guiding teams toward accurate and timely allocation. These efforts help ensure customers find the right products in the right locations at the right time.
Daily work centers on leading analysts, refining allocation methods, and partnering with cross‑functional teams to maintain optimal stock levels. Process improvements and consistent execution form the foundation of your impact. Your leadership supports higher predictability, stronger results, and smoother new‑store openings.
Who You Will Work WithThis role partners closely with Replenishment Analysts, Merchandising, Store Operations, and Planning teams to support effective allocation strategies.
Regular collaboration with senior leadership and cross‑functional partners helps align priorities, drive improvements, and ensure inventory decisions support business goals.
What You BringBring your energy, your ideas, and your love for sports and the outdoors.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
5+ years of related allocation or replenishment experience required
Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators to drive results
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to influence and build relationships across teams
Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
Proficiency with Excel, Word, Access and Oracle RMS
Ability to manage processes and align resources in a fast‑paced environment
A team-first attitude; while your core duties are your priority, you're happy to step in wherever you're needed
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Regular in-office attendance is required
Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
Ability to adhere to company policies and professional standards
