Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field required
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
- PMP, PgMP, or SAFe/Scrum certifications preferred
Work Experiences:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in project, program, and portfolio management, with increasing levels of responsibility
- 7+ years leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional programs with significant business impact and executive visibility
- Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar portfolios across diverse business domains such as IT, Supply Chain, Store Operations, HR, and Merchandising
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and C-level stakeholders to align initiatives with strategic business goals
- Experience in portfolio prioritization, investment planning, and resource optimization across competing enterprise initiatives
- Strong background in business case development, benefits realization, and value tracking
- Experience leading governance frameworks, steering committees, and executive reporting processes
- Familiarity with enterprise change management and organizational readiness practices
- Experience managing external vendors, consulting partners, and third-party delivery teams
- Exposure to global or multi-regional programs and distributed delivery models is a strong plus
- Retail industry experience is strongly preferred, with an understanding of store systems, omnichannel operations, and supply chain technologies

Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-wide programs and projects aligned with strategic retail initiatives
- Oversee a portfolio of cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment with business priorities, timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Establish and maintain effective governance structures, including steering committees, executive dashboards, and reporting mechanisms
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define program objectives, success metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Drive portfolio prioritization and resource allocation decisions to optimize business value and strategic impact
- Identify and mitigate risks across programs, ensuring proactive issue resolution and escalation management
- Facilitate strategic planning sessions and contribute to long-term roadmap development for enterprise initiatives
- Ensure consistent application of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices across the portfolio
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party delivery teams to ensure contractual compliance and performance
- Champion change management and organizational readiness efforts to support successful program adoption
- Monitor and report on benefits realization and value delivery across the portfolio
- Mentor and coach program managers and project leads, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and delivery excellence
- Support enterprise budgeting and forecasting processes by providing insights into program financial and resource needs
- Promote transparency and stakeholder engagement through clear, concise, and timely communication
