Job Description:Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or similar field of study preferred.
Work Experiences:
- 2+ years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience supporting corporate positions
- Proficient use of applicant tracking tools (Workday preferred) and web-based recruiting resources required
- Retail experience preferred

- Responsible for direct source candidates, leverage sourcing tools, and the ability to team with outside sourcing vendors when needed

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full life cycle recruiting within corporate office
- Partner with internal business partners, talent acquisition team members and external business partners
- Provide superior customer service to all involved with the full life-cycle talent acquisition process and workflow
- Partner with Corporate HR team to ensure recruiting strategies align with succession plans
- Consult with hiring managers to develop a thorough understanding of the position to create a recruiting strategy to attract and select top talent
- Establish rapport and meet regularly with business partners to understand staffing model and growth projections
- Develop a constant pool of candidates for key positions at all levels
- Utilize various recruiting sources to identify candidates, including job boards, networking, and referrals
- Conduct interviews and provide valuable feedback to hiring managers and influence the efficiency and effectiveness of the hire
- Manage the offer & negotiation process with hiring managers and candidates to meet and achieve business objectives
- Partner with outside recruiting agencies applicably for direct hire support
- Support contractor placements by partnering with outside recruiting agencies and facilitating the selection and start date process
- Creating and executing SOWs for agency recruiting services, in partnership with Legal
- Follow immigration processes for applicable candidates in the interview and selection processes, in partnership with Legal
- Assist internal team members in the pursuit of new opportunities within the company
- Provide status reports, hiring trends and analysis to management
- Assist with various projects as required
- Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs and presentations
- Assist with recruitment objectives for summer internship program
- Required to learn company policies, procedures, and safety rules
- Duties may change; team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements & Attendance:
- Regular attendance required
- Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
- Up to 10% travel, as needed
- Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behavior
- Ability to work flexible hours such as evening, weekends, and holidays as necessary
