Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) is a national nonprofit organization providing housing and personal care services to individuals with physical disabilities, seniors and veterans.
We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse in the Twin Cities metro area to support our Integrated Community Supports (ICS) services. This role is essential in ensuring the health and safety of our residents. The Nurse will train Direct Support Professional staff, ensuring they are confident and capable in delivering care while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and ASI standards.
Nurse Hours:
This position can be part time or full time
Qualifications:
- Credentialed education and current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota.
- The ability to develop and maintain positive professional working relationships and to serve as a model of professional integrity to unlicensed staff.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to self-motivate and effectively manage time and shift priorities
