Our patients engage in therapy five days per week for six hours per day, receiving intensive services that foster remarkable recoveries. In addition to our residential post-acute program, we have a brand-new state-of-the-art Concussion Clinic, where patients receive individualized treatment for up to three hours per day. We are hiring a Full time Rehabilitation Tech Supervisor to join our team!!

The Rehabilitation Tech Supervisor will serve as a key member of a collaborative team by coordinating the scheduled activities of assigned staff to ensure client health, safety, and dignity needs are met. Also properly supervise assigned staff to ensure the development of a professional and cohesive team

We can't get around this – to qualify as the Rehabilitation Tech Supervisor you must have:

• A minimum of three years of experience working with in a health care setting or with individuals with physical disabilities and/or acquired traumatic brain injuries (ABIs).

• A demonstrated ability to successfully lead, inspire, mentor, manage, and develop unlicensed staff. Successful delegation and collaboration skills. Minimum of one-year successful experience supervising staff.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to efficiently receive and transmit information including goals, policies, and trainings in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals. The ability to build and maintain positive and effective working relationships with staff and clients.
