About the Role:
As the Jr. Treasury Analyst (Hybrid) in the Global Treasury BackOffice area you will support all activities and processes within the cell of Controls, Banking admin and Online Users Setup. You will also support Global Bank administration processes, as Know your customers – KYC, having close contact with Treasury Front Office and other areas, like legal, to fill the banking requirements.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Support the global banking access control processes, making sure the individuals' accesses are accurate;
- Support BackOffice / Front Office Access control;
- Perform Insurance controls activities, supporting Insurance area;
- Act on Alcoa Compliance Excellence Program and audit requirements, supporting the area controls;
- Perform Global Metrics & Reports (Treasury & Derivatives), supporting the entire BackOffice area activities;
- Perform Bloomberg Rate importation and validations processes;
- Perform Dodd Frank / EMIR submissions / reconciliations, in accordance with the requirement.
What you can bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering or similar fields;
- Previous experience as an intern or assistant in the financial area;
- Advanced skills with MS Office (especially Excel);
- Power BI knowledge desirable;
- Advanced/Fluent English;
- Availability to live in Poços de Caldas, Minas Gerais and flexibility to go to Poços plant on a weekly basis (once a week – hybrid model);
- Communication, Customer focus, attention to details (contracts), team worker, initiative, organization and result oriented.
