THE ROLE 

As a Content Marketing Coordinator on AMD's Commercial Client Global Marketing team, you will support the execution of high-impact marketing content that fuels lead generation, nurtures engagement, and drives partner and campaign readiness. This role supports the development and coordination of campaign content packages including thought leadership assets, promotional banners, copy decks, whitepapers, one-pagers, and other collateral across priority commercial customer segments. 
 
You will work closely with messaging, campaign, creative, and partner marketing teams to track content deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure marketing assets are aligned to AMD's go-to-market objectives and campaign strategy. You'll contribute to our content engine by coordinating reviews, maintaining asset quality standards, and ensuring content is ready for activation across ABM, paid, nurture, and partner channels. 
 
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive marketing professional looking to grow in integrated B2B content marketing and campaign development. 

THE PERSON 

You are a highly organized self-starter who takes pride in keeping projects on track and assets high-quality. You're familiar with marketing content formats, have a good eye for messaging flow and consistency, and can manage reviews, timelines, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders. You enjoy bringing structure to fast-moving campaigns, are comfortable following established processes, and are eager to learn in a collaborative team environment. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Content Coordination & Production 
  • Support the development of content packages, including campaign banners, copy decks, social ads, whitepapers, one-pagers, and other customer-facing assets. 
  • Manage timelines for content creation and review cycles (brand, legal, product marketing). 
  • Help coordinate content package and channel toolkit production and versioning. 
  •  
  • Project Support 
  • Track deadlines and project milestones using tools such as Microsoft Planner, Excel, Smartsheet, and Adobe Workfront. 
  • Organize and maintain shared content documentation and delivery status updates. 
  • Ensure content delivery is aligned with campaign plans and launch readiness timelines. 
  •  
  • Campaign Enablement 
  • Collaborate with Campaign and Messaging Managers to align content assets with target personas and GTM strategy. 
  • Work with agencies, creative team and localization team to finalize content for activation across global markets. 
  • Maintain version control and support tagging/quality reviews to ensure asset accuracy. 
  •  
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration 
  • Partner with demand gen, ABM, partner, and paid media teams to ensure asset handoff is complete and timely. 
  • Support coordination with agency and internal creative teams as needed. 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE 

  • Experience in marketing coordination or campaign content support, preferably in B2B or tech environments.
    • Familiarity with marketing content formats (e.g. banners, landing pages, whitepapers, one-pagers, emails). 
    • Experience in agency production or working with creative teams or vendors to manage asset production. 
    • Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects. 
    • Experience using Microsoft Planner, Excel, Smartsheet, Adobe Workfront, or similar tools. 
    • Comfort reviewing content for alignment to messaging and brand guidelines. 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
