Position Summary

The main role of this position is to organize & host the product experience tour to Customers, Employees, Partners, STEM students & Executives in the Dublin CEC The product experience center (PEC) Demonstrations Specialist will work with the US CEP team, EMEA Sales teams, EMEA CO's team, and Executive Support to provide successful technology demonstrations. The PEC Demonstrations Specialist role position will update, maintain, and formulate plans for Product Demonstrations at the Dublin Site.

 

 

 

 

Essential Functions:

· Create technical marketing plans around customer and partner meetings.

· Work closely with the Demonstrations Team to keep up to date on the latest technical innovations to create compelling demonstrations that showcase our products.

· Work closely with third party, VStream, to keep the content in the interactive area up to date.

· Maintain and update the Product Demonstrations Area.

· Work closely with key stakeholders to understand current and future needs.

· Execute and support site meetings, site events, and other offsite EMEA events as needed

· Take ownership of assigned AMD events, driving demo planning and execution from conception to completion with minimal oversight.

· Translate event objectives into compelling demo strategies

· Collaborate with Global Events Team to support planning and logistics

· Maintain and manage demo inventory

 

 

Essential Requirements/Qualifications:

· Strong Technical background

· Close collaboration with internal teams and a deep understanding of AMD's product portfolio

· Experience in PC software and hardware

· Ability to create impactful customer experiences.

· Ability to work well in a team environment

· Good Communications skills

· Experience with marketing organizations and marketing plans

· Productive in high pressure environments

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Ability to engage effectively in planning meetings

· Bachelor's degree from accredited university

 

 

Desired:

· Knowledge of the latest technology

· Technical Bachelor's degree

· Over 6 years' experience in technical industry
