THE ROLE:
You will serve as the operational lead for the executive protection program, reporting to the Head of Executive Protection. You will translate protection strategy into disciplined execution. You will ensure that logistics, vendors, budgets, and processes operate with precision and reliability.
You will support the Head of EP with day-to-day operational management across travel, events, residential coverage, protective support activities and including but not limited to other administrative projects and tasks. You will manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance standards. You will ensure adherence to budget and requirements forecast and support cost controls.
You will maintain SOPs, implement tools, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement. You will partner closely with the Head of Executive Protection to ensure operational readiness and alignment with overall security strategy. Your work enables protection teams to focus fully on safeguarding leadership.

THE PERSON:
You are pro-active, agile, detail oriented, steady under pressure, anticipate risk and solve problems early. You know how to manage vendors and control costs without compromising quality. You operate with discretion and sound judgment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support daily operations supporting the executive protection program
• Coordinate vendor relationships, expenses, contracts, SLAs
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets
• Maintain and enhance SOPs
• Track operational KPIs, conduct analysis and prepare reports for the Head of Executive Protection
• Implement process improvements
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Progressive years in security operations, executive protection operations, or complex operational environments
• Experience supporting executive protection teams preferred
• Strong vendor management experience
• Demonstrated budget ownership and financial discipline
• Experience building SOPs
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality
• Experience working in MS Office Suite (Excel, PPT, etc.), SAP/Concur
• Experience scaling operations in dynamic or high growth environments
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Security Management, Criminal Justice, or equivalent experience
