JOB DETAILS:
- Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia
- Onsite/Hybrid: This role requires the student to work full time (40 hours a week), in an onsite work structure throughout the duration of the co-op/intern term.
- Duration: 6 months commitment starting between Mar/Apr 2025
THE ROLE:

Our key responsibilities are to partner with sales & marketing team to manage the administrative work after they have finalized the marketing program with customer/vendor.
As an intern, you will learn about the front-end support within finance organization that covers the end-to-end process from plan submission to claim processing.
You will develop professional skills that will contribute to your career growth. Interns will be involved in various tasks and projects, offering them the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals.
THE PERSON:
You are a results-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills. You possess attention to detail and well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills. You have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and are comfortable with ambiguity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To review and submit plan submissions for the approved sales and marketing program per the program document / contract / guideline.
- To check and analyze the point of sale (POS) report and complete the achievement calculation.
- To assess and validate claim submission against the said guideline.
- Update designated tracker & ensure completeness of the incoming request & enquiry per Service Level Agreement
- Collect and maintain the daily Proof of Performance (POP) from customer website.
- Update the claim tracker with the number of proofs of performance collected and save the proof of performance into the claim folder on a weekly basis.
- Analyze the collected proof of performance against the proof of performance provided by the customer on an ad-hoc basis.
- Handle administrative tasks as required.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English (knowledge of Chinese is a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Pursuing a degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, IT, etc.).
