THE ROLE:
In this role, you will be responsible for Global Marketing Operation process simplifcation, automation and cross team metric reporting.
THE PERSON:
You are a results-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills. You possess attention to detail and well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills. You have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and are comfortable with ambiguity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand overall process end to end and provide suggestion on automation and simplification
- Identify and implement improvements to business processes
- Assume full ownership on ad hoc projects, reports and analyses as required
- Refresh and update scheduled oeprational metric report through PowerBi and Macro
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience working in a similar role in the hi-tech industry
- Advanced knowledge of MS office tools , PowerBI, PowerQuery, Macro
- SAP S4 experience preferred
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or data analytical.
