THE ROLE:

The HR Business Partner Sr. Manager role offers a fantastic opportunity for a passionate HR professional with a track record of enabling business results through people. This role will partner closely with senior executives and requires experience in end-to-end ownership of strategic HR and talent initiatives. This position is ideal for those eager to embrace new challenges in a dynamic and innovative setting, where you can significantly impact and drive meaningful change. 

 

THE PERSON:

The successful candidate will coach, advise, and facilitate conversations with executives on human capital strategies, provide business insights through org and talent analytics, and develop and drive the execution of people program initiatives across the broader function. Our environment is fast-paced, results-oriented, and built upon a legion of forward-thinking people with a passion for winning technology. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior executives, translating business strategy into integrated people strategies that enable execution, performance, and innovation.
  • Lead organization design and change initiatives to support talent strategies, scaling, organizational effectiveness, and operating model shifts.
  • Assist leaders and the organization in moving to new ways of thinking and/or operating. Equip teams with insights and tools to improve team dynamics, decision-making, and leadership impact.
  • Champion a culture of high performance, enabling accountability and growth through coaching, leadership development and engagement strategies.
  • Drive full suite of HR programs to optimize organization and talent planning and impact, including succession bench, talent reviews, organization effectiveness, performance enablement, etc.
  • Facilitate strategic planning discussions and meetings that align people and business priorities.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Progressive, multifaceted HR experience with recent HR Business Partner experience in a fast-paced environment. Prior G&A HRBP support experience a plus.
  • Deep expertise in org effectiveness, leadership coaching, and talent strategy execution.
  • Proven track record of leading through change and delivering results with precision & impact.
  • Ability to work in sophisticated, global, matrixed organizations
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized and self-driven, capable of managing multiple priorities with flexibility and strong follow-through.
  • Not afraid to roll up your sleeves up and get involved - no job is too big or too small.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create compelling, data-driven insights and executive-ready presentations.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline preferred.
