THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced Platform Security Architect to lead the design and implementation of secure, robust platform solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in system-level security architecture, firmware development, and the ability to execute comprehensive security strategies from concept through deployment across complex platforms.

• Exhibits a passion for product delivery and deep knowledge of SOC, system architectures, and firmware.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects efficiently with a focus on delivery excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Architect and design secure platform solutions that integrate hardware, firmware, and software components to safeguard critical assets across the entire system lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with firmware, hardware, and software engineering teams to ensure seamless security integration, including secure boot implementation, trusted execution environments, and cryptographic mechanisms.
• Produce comprehensive architecture documentation and lead end-to-end platform security validation efforts, encompassing vulnerability assessments and scenario-based use case testing.
• Act as the security subject matter expert for platform-related challenges, offering guidance and providing technical leadership to engineering teams.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Prior years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on system-level architecture and design.
• Background in embedded systems, ASIC/SoC security, or related semiconductor platforms.
• Deep expertise in firmware development including secure boot, cryptography, Trusted Platform Modules (TPM), and hardware-rooted security technologies.
• Proven ability to lead full lifecycle security program execution—from architectural design through validation and deployment.
• Exceptional communication skills that foster collaboration across cross-disciplinary teams and clearly articulate complex security concepts.
• Proficiency in C, C++, and Python programming languages.
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• BS/MS Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or comparable disciplines
