THE ROLE:

Asia test program owner that governs both wafer sort and final test insertion, developing and optimizing test program, supporting production bring up, sustaining, issue debugging and continuous improvement for product indices.

Working with regional teams extensively including product management, product engineering, NPI, software infrastructure team and hardware infrastructure team on the test solutions optimization.

THE PERSON:

This position requires high motivation for self-learning, good communication and capability to drive/deliver critical business milestones.

The person is responsible for product test time, test coverage, test yield and meeting committed schedules for new product production bring up.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• CPU test program owner in Asia, develop and release ATE test program for mass production
• Identify test time reduction opportunities and execute TTR (Test Time Reduction)
• Test program related yield improvement via test debug
• Test issue debugging and solution providing
• Communicate with OSATs for test related stuff
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Experience of developing ATE test program for digital product testing, good understanding of test method, some yield engineering background is a plus
• Sense of urgency and capable to drive solutions among regional teams
• Full of accountability, quick self-leaner, strong self-motivation for improvement
• Advantest V93K development experience is a plus
• Java, C++, Perl, Python coding capability is a plus

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Preferred in Electric Engineering or Computer Engineering
