THE ROLE:

Product Development Engineering PM is role covering below areas

• Plan and manage programs or projects to meet specific objectives or goals as set by the organization
• Rationalize evolving business needs of the organization and external business environments to enable optimal and timely business process cum solution support in a proactive and continuous manner by liaising among regional and headquarter stakeholders
• Develop and ratify the overall implementation plan with stakeholders and management
• Formulate tactics to ratify plans and execute flawlessly
• Provide regular stakeholder communication to ensure awareness on progress and be timely to recruit support
• Identify improvement opportunities to achieve

THE PERSON:

As the role of Program Manager, we expect you could be self-motivation, creative thinking, and good communication skill in English.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with global cross teams on program or project milestone commitment, own the program or project timeline/schedule and update the status regularly to management.
• Coordinate engineering activities in mass production phase and drive for long term production KPI, quality commitment and new kicker product release.
• Work with operation, supply chain and local planner on the supply optimization in mass production stage. Manage the process of execution of manufacturing partners.
• Work with NPI team to support the execution of new product development, align to the project schedule and drive to meet the commitment. 
• Lead cross functional teams and maintain committed schedules on multiple projects while interfacing with other engineering disciplines & various levels of management.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 7 years' experience in Project management, Process Integration, Product Engineering, yield improvement or testing field.
• Strategic thinking to plan ahead, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills along with process and detail orientation to formulate tactics as well as result and customer orientation
• Self-starter with ability to work independently through ambiguity and under pressure, and work collaboratively with key stakeholders to deliver aligned project/program deliverables
• Ability to interface with multi-level employees with solid communication, presentation, and influencing skills
• Prefer working knowledge in applying Program Life Cycle (PLC), Project management concept and Agile methodology to improve operations workflow and to drive effective solutions, PMP is plus.
• Prefer experience with product engineering, yield improvement or test development
• Prefer experience with 6sigma project, knowledge of statistical data analysis
• Prefer experience or understanding of device physics and semiconductor Fab processing for advanced technology nodes.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Preferred Major: Electronics & Electrical Engineering, Computer Science
