The Role:

We are looking for our next team leader to lead operations and execution of our Global Sales Incentive Plans. Accountable for implementing and administering the global sales incentive plans, this critical role will focus on building incentive programs that maintain tight alignment between business outcomes, motivating and retaining talent, while driving revenue growth.

 

 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • A track record of administering sales incentive programs that enable business growth and talent retention.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the communication and implementation of sales compensation programs that align business objectives and reward high performance.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to set sales quotas and targets and monitor performance against targets, as well as payment execution.
  • Develop methods of communication and education for sales compensation plan information.
  • Execute the quarterly/semi-annual/annual process of rolling out quotas, spiffs and communicating any plan changes.
  • Facilitate quota inquiries with cross functional business partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the design and effectiveness of global sales compensation programs
  • Lead the team responsible for the execution of the sales compensation plan.
  • Facilitate cross-functional issue resolution, ensuring timely closure and successful outcomes
  • Dispute resolution: Establishing and managing a transparent process for addressing and resolving compensation-related disputes.
  • Manage team to administer and enhance the Incentive Compensation Management System and Adjacent Systems.
  • Interaction with Sales Compensation partners domestically and internationally in Sales, Sales Ops, HR, IT & Varicent (Sales Compensation System Vendor)
  • Executive Reviews: present executive review decks to SIP committee for review of exceptions, results & quotas
  • Ad Hoc Analysis

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales compensation administration; preferably in a global, high-growth and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills with proven ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and communicate effectively to a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a track record of collaboration across teams and geographies
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with Varicent, Salesforce (SFDC), and SAP financial systems; strong Excel and modeling skills.

 

 

Academic Credentials:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field; MBA preferred.
