The Role:
Radeon CGVDI & AI team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Manager in Customer Engineering. This pivotal role requires a dynamic leader who can drive technical excellence, ensuring seamless customer interactions and superior engineering support.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Manager in Customer Engineering, you will be responsible a team of highly skilled customer engineers and for overseeing a wide array of programs and projects that are critical to our business. Your primary duties will include:
Leading software engineering initiatives to develop robust and scalable solutions for cloud applications.
Managing system engineering projects to ensure the integrity and efficiency of our platforms.
Collaborating with validation teams to oversee comprehensive platform testing to guarantee reliability and performance.
Executing proof of concept tasks to demonstrate the feasibility and benefits of new technologies.
Spearheading new product introduction and validation processes to ensure successful market entries.
Facilitating product ramp activities to scale operations efficiently.
Overseeing field deployment and providing robust support during post-deployment phases.
Acting as the primary customer-facing representative, addressing technical queries and resolving issues promptly.
Preferred Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess a diverse and robust skill set, including:
Extensive experience in software engineering and system engineering.
Expertise in executing proof of concept tasks and managing new product introductions.
Strong ability to handle product ramp and field deployment activities.
Exceptional post-deployment support skills.
Outstanding customer-facing abilities, with a focus on effective communication and problem-solving.
Academic Credentials:
Bachelor's Degree (BS) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or another relevant field. Master's Degree (MS) preferred
