THE ROLE:
As Senior Product Manager, Client AI, you will set the strategic direction and translate the BU needs for engineering and ISV teams, shaping the vision and roadmap for ROCm and Ryzen AI software for Client APUs. This role is not just about leading—it's about architecting the future of our AI solutions, driving alignment across cross-functional teams, and ensuring our deliverables in software planning are executed with precision and impact. You will be the driving force behind prioritizing ISV engagement, defining product requirements, and translating business strategy into actionable plans that position AMD as a leader in Client AI space.

- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to align cross-functional stakeholders.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a strong sense of accountability for outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead ROCm deliverables for Client products: feature roadmap, launch planning, ISV ramp-up.
- Drive Ryzen AI software planning, prioritizing ISV engagement and long-range SW roadmap.
- Author MRD/PRD documents for ROCm and Ryzen AI: define key models, performance targets, and required SW features.
- Engage with ISVs, OEMs, and strategic partners: gather requirements, define use cases, drive proof-of-concept projects.
- Draft sell-in decks, whitepapers, and competitive analysis for product launches and customer engagements.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and business development to ensure alignment of product goals and deliverables.
- Stay current with Industry AI frameworks and use cases for Edge and Client AI to drive enablement for Windows and Linux platforms.
- Support training/documentation efforts for ROCm and Ryzen AI software stacks.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Deep knowledge of AI frameworks and developer ecosystems for Edge and Client devices.
- Experience with product management in AI hardware and software. Familiarity with ROCm is a plus.
- Strong technical writing skills (MRD/PRD, whitepapers, competitive analysis).
- Proven ability to engage with ISVs, OEMs, and drive developer alignment.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelors in electrical or computer engineering
- Master of Science or MBA preferred.
