THE ROLE:
The ISV Program Manager – Telco Market will lead the development, growth, and management of our Telco‑focused Independent Software Vendor (ISV) ecosystem. This role serves as the primary point of contact for Telco ISV partners, driving joint go‑to‑market initiatives, overseeing solution integration, and ensuring the long‑term success of partner engagements. The Program Manager will work cross‑functionally with sales, product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on partner strategy and the delivery of integrated solutions that meet Telco industry requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
ISV Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Telco‑focused ISV partners, acting as the primary liaison for all program‑related activities.
- Foster productive, collaborative engagements that support mutual business growth.
Program Development
- Develop and execute strategies for recruiting, onboarding, and enabling Telco‑focused ISVs.
- Define program requirements, benefits, and guidelines aligned to Telco market needs.
- Continuously refine the program using partner feedback and industry insights.
Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Planning
- Collaborate with Telco ISV partners to define and execute joint GTM plans.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams to maximize GTM impact.
Solution Integration
- Work with partners and internal technical teams to ensure smooth integration and interoperability of ISV software solutions with Telco platforms.
- Provide guidance on Telco‑specific requirements, standards, and best practices.
Program Performance Tracking
- Establish and monitor KPIs that measure ISV program performance in the Telco market.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Enablement and Support
- Develop and deliver enablement resources to help ISVs build, position, and sell their solutions effectively within the Telco ecosystem.
- Provide ongoing support including training, technical assistance, and issue resolution.
Internal Alignment & Collaboration
- Ensure alignment across sales, marketing, engineering, and product teams.
- Drive cross‑functional coordination that supports joint program objectives.
Market & Industry Analysis
- Maintain awareness of Telco market dynamics, regulatory requirements, competitive trends, and emerging technologies.
- Identify opportunities for new partnerships, solutions, and areas of strategic growth.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience as a Program Manager, Alliance Manager, or Business Development Manager in the Telco industry with a focus on ISV ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of telecommunications technologies, Telco market structure, industry trends, and regulatory frameworks.
- Demonstrated success managing complex projects and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Strong business acumen, strategic planning abilities, and analytical skills.
- Experience driving joint go‑to‑market initiatives and partner marketing efforts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence partners and internal leaders.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Willingness to travel for partner engagement and industry events.
