· Champion pediatric care at a nonprofit health system with one of the largest multi-institutional Catholic healthcare delivery systems in the nation
· Work only an hour from Lake Michigan, enjoying world-class recreational opportunities
· Join a pioneering Neonatology team with the opportunity to impact a growing NICU service line
· The incoming Neonatologist will engage in a robust practice with a consistent NICU census, supported by a skilled team including 5 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
· Collaborate with top specialists at Indiana's premier Level IV neonatal ICU and a renowned ECMO program
· Experience balanced workdays with predictable schedules—start by 7 am, empower your team, and conclude patient rounds by 4 pm, with on-call support tailored for work-life balance
