Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Facilities Co-Ordinator located in Dundalk,Ireland.
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Co-Ordinator role involves ensuring the efficient, safe, and compliant operation of all site facilities and supporting critical manufacturing infrastructure.
What a typical day looks like:
- Coordinate daily facilities operations across the site.
- Manage the CMMS: work orders, PM compliance, and asset registers.
- Plan and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance for HVAC, compressed air, LEV, water systems, lifting equipment, and building infrastructure.
- Respond to reactive maintenance needs to support manufacturing uptime.
- Support electrical/power infrastructure maintenance (UPS, generators, LV/MV systems) with qualified electricians.
- Ensure compliance with safety programs (LOTO, hot works, work permits, RAMS).
- Manage statutory inspections and safety testing (fire systems, lifts, pressure systems, thermal imaging).
- Coordinate contractors: inductions, permits, supervision, and compliance with Irish legislation.
- Maintain ISO and regulatory compliance documentation for audits.
- Support site layouts, equipment moves, small capital works, and project handovers.
- Act as the point of contact for facilities tickets and communicate outages/maintenance windows.
- Prepare KPI dashboards, monitor BMS systems, and support continuous improvement (5S, energy efficiency).
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- Experience in facilities, maintenance, or operations within industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of building services such as HVAC, compressed air, LEV, and fire protection.
- Understanding of Irish statutory compliance including fire safety, electrical testing, and workplace legislation.
- Proficiency in CMMS use and ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Strong contractor/vendor management experience.
- Good IT literacy, especially Microsoft 365; ERP/AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
- Relevant technical qualification in mechanical, electrical, or building services (Level 6–7 preferred).
- Additional certifications such as First Aid, Fire Warden, MEWP, or Forklift are advantageous.
- Hands-on approach with a strong safety-first mindset.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Possess a driving licence and have willingness to travel between sites in Dundalk
- Eligible to work in Ireland (EU)
