The LV Sales Manager, will be responsible for providing the planning, design and implementation of customers' specific business plans and will provide vision, penetration strategies and tactics to executive managers in order to develop and drive external and internal senior level relationships and will respond directly to the, Sales Director Switchgear EMEA.
 

What a typical day looks like:

• You will maintain and grow existing relationships with key strategic clients with a particular focus on the LV Switchgear solutions;
• Lead & drive the in house estimating team in terms of ownership, translating, managing & reporting all aspects of the enquiry during the tender process;
• Minimize our exposure and risk on project;
• Maintain and sustain business relationships, close deals and drive high levels of customer satisfaction;
• Support and/or participate in management team negotiations on difficult and or critical business matters, through interaction with senior and executive level managers both internally and externally;
• You will ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately;
• Promote, develop and extend any business of the company.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training, plus a minimum of 6-8 years of related experience;
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents;
• Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints;
• Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or styles;
• Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors;
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference to practical situations.
