Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams, we're looking for a Production Manager to join our production department in Bielsko-Biała, Poland.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Organize and supervise the work of production department focused on low voltage equipment.
  • Participate in launching new production lines, implementing standards and procedures in line with ISO.
  • Plan and deliver production targets in terms of quality, timeliness, and cost.
  • Coordinate subcontractors' work related to installation and integration of product components, including schedule planning and technical/organizational arrangements.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, planning, logistics, and maintenance teams.
  • Prepare status reports, react to delays, and initiate corrective actions.
  • Build and develop the team (recruitment, training, evaluation, and motivation).
  • Conduct cost analysis, prepare budget data, and supervise tools and equipment.
  • Implement optimization initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen) and cost-saving projects.
  • Represent the area in contacts with key customers and business partners.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • University degree (preferably technical or related to production management).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing production or operations.
  • Experience working with subcontractors and contractors in technical and organizational scope.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Polish for effective communication in an international environment.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/Process Optimization.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Results-oriented, responsible, and independent.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, international environment.
  • Experience with datacenter infrastructure, modular electrical systems, or similar environments is an advantage.
