To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Service Delivery Analyst located in Bielsko-Biała, Poland.

Reporting to the Information Technology Supervisor, the Service Delivery Analyst role involves supporting operational excellence, driving user adoption of services, and ensuring the stability and security of the local IT environment.

What a typical day looks like:

• Performs the installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of personal computer and related systems.
• Provide 1st line technical support for end-user's computers hardware and software, printers, and its network connectivity.
• Assist Network Administrator/Analyst to troubleshoot end-users' network-related issues
• Define, develop and execute adoption campaigns to increase usage of services.
• Participate testing the service before is released to eliminate problems or user difficulties that were not seen on the design/execution phase.
• Individual business cases and work with managers to help them embrace user experience role on the organization.
• Ensure, that IT-equipment and local infrastructure performs according to our standards and in a secure and cost-efficient manner.
• Monitor and ensure that IT-security levels and maintenance on the local IT-infrastructure, including network, hardware and software complies with standards.
• Evaluate and demonstrate advanced technologies as well as functional techniques and help continuously improve our processes.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Functional knowledge, educational background, or relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• General understanding of functional concepts
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business publications, professional journals, financial reports, legal documents, or governmental regulations.
• Strong written communication skills, including the ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, associates, vendors, and customers.
• Comfortable communicating across all levels of the organization from production associates to executives.
• Ability to work within established processes and follow well‑defined procedures.
