We are seeking an experienced hands-on self-starter to be instrumental in developing and coordinating our formal bidding process, pricing our product lines to different market segments, and work with our sales force to build stronger relationships with our customers. This position requires hands on experience in bidding and marketing skills, and will work in conjunction with our marketing team and our sales force.

Job Duties Include:
- Assist in the development, testing, and launch of major change initiatives involved in the reengineering of pricing process.
- Assist with bid activity coordination and confirm best competitive prices are being offered.
- Create and maintain competitive pricing analysis and customer profitability models to determine overall corporate profitability.
- Review, measure, and analyze pricing data and ensure they are aligned with company strategy and policy.
- Support customers and sales field organization through reports, field work, and meetings.
- Track competitive targets and establish benchmarks for performance.
- Implement solutions to enhance data integrity in pricing system, including but not limited to cleansing and simplifying data.
- Systems data entry to implement specific pricing actions.
- Assist in other operational issues as assigned or directed by supervisor or as necessary.
Position Requirements:
- Associate's degree in business or sales and marketing related focus or equivalent work experience
- 6 + months experience in pricing or related business functions
- Proven results in analyzing data and trends to create relevant and actionable business insights
- Preferred:
- Strong Excel Skills
- Direct sales or sales support experience
- Strong analytical skills with reporting capabilities
