This is an exceptional opportunity for an APP who is enthusiastic about delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative and team-based care environment.
Some Details About the Position:
- Must be in clinic to start
- Flexible scheduling: 4x10s or 5x8s shifts
- Medical Assistants, Front Office, and leadership support
- Support of an integrated system including specialists, urgent care, and more!
Essential Functions and Requirements:
- Provide comprehensive, high-quality care and support to established patients via tele visits
- A portion of time will be spent supporting inbox management for your team members
- DEA with prescriptive authority required
- FNP or PA designation with AZ license eligibility
- Minimum (1) year of clinical experience as an APP in a primary care setting
- Patient-focused, friendly, and willing to collaborate in a team environment
