Email Marketing Specialist Role Overview We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to support our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the email production process and will focus on the logistical execution of campaigns, from coordinating with cross-functional teams, to assisting with creative, scheduling and reporting. Key Responsibilities Campaign Operations & Production Management End-to-End Execution: Assist in the management of the email and SMS campaign production process. Creative Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for our design team, ensuring they have all necessary assets, specs, and context for every campaign and event. Scheduling: Own the final scheduling of all messages across various target segments to ensure consistent brand presence. Automated Messaging Support: Support and monitoring of triggered and behavioral journeys and transactional messages. QA & Quality Control Auditing & Proofing: Perform rigorous QA on every send. You will be responsible for ensuring that offers are correct, discount codes function, and the user experience is flawless across all devices and inbox clients. Compliance: Maintain high standards for list hygiene and stay current on industry standards (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, etc.) to keep our sender reputation healthy. Content & Strategy Creative Partnership: Partner with the broader marketing team to brainstorm impactful creative concepts that showcase our products and collections. Copywriting: Assist in crafting compelling, on-brand copy for both email and SMS, with a heavy focus on developing high-performing subject lines. Industry Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of digital marketing best practices and furniture industry trends. Personalization: Assist in the execution of dynamic content across all campaigns. Data & Analysis Segmentation: Utilize customer data to create highly targeted segments, ensuring the right message reaches the right customer at the right time. Reporting: Assist in tracking and reporting channel performance, providing insights that help us pivot and grow. Requirements Experience: 3–5 years of professional marketing experience (ideally with an e-commerce or retail focus). Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Technical Skills: * Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is preferred. Experience with web analytics (Google Analytics). Attention to Detail: You are the type of person who catches the "extra space" or the broken link that everyone else missed. Communication: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and creative partners simultaneously.
