Job Details
• Effective Immediately, You MUST include your Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (Nursing Pool) license up front with all Berkshire Health System nursing submissions.
• We cannot consider your candidate for consideration without this license uploaded with traveler profile.
• BERKSHIRE HEALTH SYSTEM WILL NOT CONSIDER ANY TRAVELER WHO RESIDES WITHIN 50 MILES OF FACILITY.
• To avoid delays in processing, please include perm address at profile upload
• Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.
• RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!
• NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
• Traveler must be willing to work TWO of the following: Thanksgiving and weekend after, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and weekend after, New Year Eve/New Year Day and weekend after

Job Requirements
• 2 years current OR experience
• Scrub experience preferred.
• Those RN's with circulate and scrub experience will receive first consideration
• General, Ortho, Neuro, Urology, Vascular and Bariatric Surgical experience required
• Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred

Schedule Information
• SCHEDULE ACCOMMODATIONS (10/12HR SHIFTS) WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED.
• DO NOT UPLOAD A TRAVELER WHO WILL NOT WORK 8HR SHIFTS
• 8hrs non-billable orientation
• Holiday and OT Multipliers - 1.25%

• Unit Size: 8 beds
• Dress Code: Facility-Provided Scrubs

Additional Details
• Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
