Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) School-Based Services | Kona, HI Pay: $32-$37 per Hour | Full-Time | RBT Certification Required
Ready to do work that actually shows up in a kid's life? As an RBT with Invo in Kona, you won't just be logging hours - you'll be the steady, familiar face a student counts on to make progress, session after session. You'll work inside real classrooms, alongside teachers who need you, under the guidance of a supervising Behavior Analyst who's actually available. And you'll be paid like the work matters: $32-$37 an hour, plus a full benefits package and a dedicated clinical lead who has your back.
If you're RBT-certified and ready for a role with real structure, real support, and real impact - keep reading. What a Day Actually Looks Like You'll spend your day moving between classrooms, hallways, and therapy spaces, delivering the treatment plan your supervising Behavior Analyst has built for each student. Some days that's discrete trial instruction at a table; other days it's floor-level play-based work or helping a student navigate a tough transition between activities. Either way, you're the one in the room making the plan real.
