Mental Health Professional (School-Based)
Oakland, CA | Full-Time | Guaranteed Hours Are you passionate about helping students overcome barriers, build resilience, and reach their full potential? Invo Healthcare, a proud member of The Stepping Stones Group, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Professionals to join our growing school-based team in Oakland, CA. As part of our nationally recognized IMPACT Mental Health Program, you'll provide meaningful mental health services that improve student outcomes while working alongside a collaborative team committed to supporting the whole child.   • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
  • Current California license (LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT)
  • Experience providing mental health services to children and adolescents
  • School-based experience preferred, but not required

What You'll Do:
  • Provide individual and group counseling to students experiencing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
  • Complete comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions that promote emotional regulation, coping skills, and overall well-being
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, families, and community partners to support student success
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to school-wide mental health initiatives
  • Maintain timely clinical documentation and ensure compliance with state, district, and organizational standards
  • Help foster safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environments where every student can thrive
