As a Customer Success Operations Analyst at BMC, you'll play a vital role in supporting programs aimed at improving customer adoption, satisfaction, retention, and overall success. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both BMC's growth and your career development.  How You'll Contribute to BMC's and Your Own Success: 

  • Support Strategic Initiatives: Assist in identifying, designing, and implementing programs to improve customer success metrics and outcomes. 
  • Track Progress: Help ensure adherence to key deadlines and objectives within the Customer Success organization, tracking progress against strategic initiatives. 
  • Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work closely with teams across Customer Success, Operations, Sales, and Product to align efforts for successful execution of programs. 
  • Analyze Data: Conduct data analysis to help generate actionable insights that shape organizational strategy. Use these insights to help adjust programs and optimize results. 
  • Report & Present: Prepare regular updates on program status, challenges, and results for leadership and relevant stakeholders. 

 

What You'll Bring for Success: 

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience in project support, data analysis, or operations, ideally within the SaaS or technology industry. 
  • Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to leverage data for informed decision-making and to simplify complex ideas. Proficiency in MS Excel is a must. 
  • Experience with project management tools and software. You're a self-starter who's organized, confident, and eager to learn from every experience. 
  • An understanding of or experience with digital customer success strategies, including automated, scalable, and proactive customer engagement. Experience with Gainsight is a plus. 
  • Familiarity with or interest in utilizing AI technologies to enhance customer success or operational processes.

The annual base salary range represents the low and high end of the BMC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. 

The range listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.

At BMC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $62,025 - $103,375
