As an Associate Indirect Sales Manager covering a market within EMEA, you will play a key role in managing and developing relationships with our channel partners, enabling them to maximize their success with BMC solutions.
 

Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC Software's and your own success:

• Support and develop relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Assist in executing sales strategies and partner enablement programs that align with BMC's business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners have the necessary tools, resources, and support to achieve their goals.
• Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve success.
• Contribute to partner onboarding, training, and development initiatives to strengthen the BMC ecosystem.
• Leverage AI-driven sales engagement to create modern, customized, and innovative partner interactions.
• Continuously learn and adapt, staying ahead in the evolving IT landscape.

To ensure you're set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

• You have experience in Solution Architect, Presales or Consultant type roles within the technology or software industry.
• You possess strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and support partners effectively.
• You are passionate about sales.
• You have a strong technical foundation in one of the following areas: orchestration, workflow automation, AI, cloud, integration, or data.
• You are a proactive problem solver with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• You have a results-driven mindset and the ability to analyze data to drive strategic decisions.
• You are adaptable and eager to learn, with a passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• You communicate clearly and confidently, showcasing value and impact while working collaboratively with teams and partners.
• As you will manage a market within EMEA, English plus another language may be required.
