As an Associate Growth Sales Manager (GSL) focused on the UK & Ireland market, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the sales strategy to drive business growth within your designated territory. This involves the strategic use of the broader go-to-market ecosystem — including Business Development Representatives (BDRs), partners, presales teams, and renewal representatives — to maximize overall impact. The GSL is expected to engage directly with customers to identify and develop business opportunities, which may be pursued independently or in collaboration with partners. Additionally, the partners will support the successful implementation of Helix solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and strategic objectives.
Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to Helix's and your own success:
- Support and develop relationships direct with the customer and with channel partners to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Assist in executing sales strategies and partner enablement programs that align with Helix's business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (BDR, presales, Marketing, renewal reps..) to support to achieve their your goals.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve success.
- Contribute to partner onboarding, training, and development initiatives to strengthen the Helix ecosystem.
- Leverage AI-driven sales engagement to create modern, customized, and innovative partner interactions.
- Continuously learn and adapt, staying ahead in the evolving IT landscape.
To ensure you're set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
- You have experience in sales, channel management, or business development within the technology or software industry.
- You possess strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and support partners effectively.
- You have a strong technical foundation in one of the following areas: orchestration, workflow automation, AI, cloud, integration, or data.
- You are a proactive problem solver with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- You have a results-driven mindset and the ability to analyze data to drive strategic decisions.
- You are adaptable and eager to learn, with a passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- You communicate clearly and confidently, showcasing value and impact while working collaboratively with teams and partners.
