Regional APAC region HR support:
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employees in the APAC region, providing guidance on HR policies, processes, and programs, including local APAC benefits. 
  • Monitor local country labor law compliance, assessing impact of any needed changes and implementation approach. Partner with global HR leadership on assessing magnitude of needed changes. 
  • Analyze local country engagement survey results and HR metric dashboards to assess risks, opportunities and support actioning. 
  • Partner with the Director HRBP to support managers on local employee relations, performance management and talent assessments 
  • Work in conjunction with the Director HRBP and corporate benefits, manage local vendor relationships, and handle reporting 
  • Manage local onboarding and exit processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and aligned with global HR standards. 
  • Conduct HR listening initiatives 
  • Support the implementation and tracking of local training and development programs. 
  • Support the business in promoting external and internal employer branding 
  • Contribute to regional or global HR projects and continuous improvement and automation efforts. 
  1. 2. Qualifications 1. 4-6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in multinational or matrixed Hi-tech companies 2. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field 3. Working knowledge of local employment law and HR operations. 4. Strong knowledge of MS office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, proactive mindset. 6. Embraces new technology and finds ways to implement such tools efficiently 7. High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders. 8. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. 9. Proficiency in English required; additional APAC regional languages are a plus.

The annual base salary range represents the low and high end of the BMC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. 
The range listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
At BMC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is SGD 57,225 - SGD 95,375 Min salary 57,225
