We are looking for an experienced Marketing Program Manager – Lead Management to drive and optimize lead routing and assignment processes. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless alignment between Marketing and Sales by leveraging platforms such as LeanData and Salesforce. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational expertise, analytical thinking, and hands-on experience in managing lead workflows, ensuring accurate and timely lead delivery, and driving continuous process improvements.
Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:
1. LeanData Platform Management Administer, manage, and maintain the LeanData platform. Configure and optimize routing logic for leads, contacts, and accounts. Ensure adherence to SLAs for lead assignment and routing accuracy. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve data mismatches. Manage user access, permissions, and platform updates. 2. Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with Digital Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations teams to align lead routing strategies. Support campaign execution by ensuring accurate and timely lead uploads from various marketing activities (campaigns, webinars, events). Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize business requirements and ensure seamless lead flow. 3. Stakeholder Support Act as the primary point of contact for lead management-related queries. Provide guidance on routing logic, best practices, and process improvements. Translate business requirements into scalable routing solutions. 4. Process Optimization & Reporting Maintain comprehensive documentation (SOPs, process guides, issue logs). Identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvements in lead management workflows. Track KPIs such as routing accuracy, SLA adherence, and lead turnaround time. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders. Stay updated with new features in LeanData to enhance platform capabilities.
To ensure you're set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
• 8–10 years of experience in Lead Management, Marketing Operations, or related functions. • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle, routing, and assignment processes. • Technical Expertise: • Hands-on experience with LeanData (administration, routing logic, troubleshooting). • Strong proficiency in Salesforce (lead management and data handling). Analytical & Problem-Solving • Strong analytical mindset with a process-driven approach. • Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement scalable solutions. Operational Excellence: • Experience in operations-focused roles with strong documentation and process management skills. • Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities. • Experience with issue tracking, ticket management, and vendor coordination.
Whilst these are nice to have, our team can help you develop in the following skills:
• Degree in Business Management or a related field. • Experience in Marketing Operations. • Hands-on certifications in LeanData and Marketing Cloud platforms. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. • Exposure to program/project management is a plus.
