We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Content Development Specialist to join our team. This role involves developing rapid, scalable technical and enablement content, scaling digital learning formats, and driving partner and internal readiness through coordinated enablement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-learning and content development tools, as well as experience in organizing and delivering high-quality content.

Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC Software's and your own success:

• Develop rapid, scalable technical and enablement content, including playbooks, videos, e-learning modules, labs, and microlearning.
• Scale digital learning formats like webinars, podcasts, and short learning snippets.
• Drive partner and internal readiness for product features through coordinated enablement efforts.
• Design and manage webinars: create slides, lead APAC sessions, and handle post-webinar deliverables.
• Set up and streamline podcast processes, including editing, uploads, abstracts, and scaling output.
• Deliver Core Skills training sessions and curate learning paths for onboarding and upskilling.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on partner-related events, enablement content, and Partner Practice Councils.
• Coordinate and manage partner newsletters and other related activities.
• Curate and centralize learning assets for easy access across regions and functions.
• Host, track, and manage learning content via LMS.
• Organize and repurpose webinar recordings for reuse and lead generation.
• Develop playbooks based on specific team or business requirements.
• Co-own and manage the event calendar to ensure alignment and visibility.
• Manage programs and projects aligned with VSEM initiatives.

To ensure you're set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

• Proficiency in e-learning and content development tools such as Articulate (Rise and Storyline), Captivate, Camtasia, Canva, Audacity, Adobe Podcast, and content design and development.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in developing and delivering high-quality content.

Whilst these are nice to have, our team can help you develop in the following skills: 

• Background in education services and familiarity with creating lab guides, presentation decks, and detailed lab steps.
• Experience in coordinating with product development teams and creating e-books.

At BMC we believe in pay transparency and have set the midpoint of the salary band for this role at 3,380,000 INR. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. 
The salary listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
