Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC Helix's and your own success:
• Assist with management of the annual plan audits, plan compliance, government filings (Forms 5500 and 1095/1094-C, PCORI, etc.) and testing • Effectively manage relationships with third-party vendors, internal customers, and consultants • Oversee vendor contractual adherence and renewals in coordination with procurement team to ensure timely invoice remittance within annual budget • Coordinate leave management among employees, their supervisors, and third-party administrators • Maintain/oversee compliance with company policies and state and federal regulations such as HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA, GDPR, and ERISA • Assist with management of global health and retirement plans • Work with consultant/broker to ensure each local country benefit is market competitive • Complete regularly scheduled reviews of each country • Assist in strategy and day to day management of the Wellness program • Coordinate and conduct events at various locations such as Annual Enrollment meetings and onsite screenings • Champion improved benefit design, communications, and engagement through a global lens of diversity and inclusion • Assist with management of the 401(k) and executive benefits programs, including coordinating benefit committee meetings • Utilize available systems to administer benefits for local and remote workforce • Manage special projects pertaining to health and welfare administrationTo ensure you are set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience: • 5+ years of Benefits experience • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred • Advanced knowledge in Excel is preferred • Expertise in the various federal and state regulations governing benefits plans • Some international benefits experience is preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong focus on excellent customer service and attention to detail • Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills to handle multiple projects • Ability to work both independently and in small task force groups • Ability to excel in a fast paced, dynamic environment • Experience with Oracle, Alight (or similar third-party administrator) and Fidelity systems preferred

Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
The range listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
At BMC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86,850 - $144,750
