Join us as a Senior Solution Engineer on our highly successful and geographically disperse Presales team. We are seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to work closely with our sales team and enterprise customers to determine how we can best serve their unique needs through creating awareness of our solutions. This is a highly visible role working with some of our most successful sales teams, supporting prestigious enterprise clients and new logo accounts.
Here is how, through this exciting role, you will contribute to BMC's and your own success: • Provide technical assistance throughout a world-class sales cycle to drive opportunities. • Delivers and customizes technical presentations on BMC Helix Solutions. • Explains the value to customers, with associated use cases, required capabilities, and differentiation. • Actively participates in sales calls to help manage technical requirements and simplify the needs and actions • Identifies and develops innovative solutions to meet customer requirements. • Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities with complex customer needs. • Writes Proof of Value success criteria for a clients solution validation. Stands up the appropriate environment (OnPrem or SaaS) and manages the process to ensure success, communicating progress both to the customer and to the sales account management team. • Provides demonstrations and presentations for BMC Helix Webinars and Tradeshows/Marketing Events. • Reviews RFP requirements from customers with sales and clients to establish the right solution and be consultative on whether to bid. • Be a customer advocate and drive the conversations with Partner and customer • Be passionate about BMC Helix Solutions and value selling
To ensure you're set up for success, you will bring the following skillset and experience: • Ability to communicate technical and business information to a varied audience (technical and non-technical customers). • Technically savvy and bias towards Digital Service Operations Management, Helix ITSM, Helix Digital Workplace, Helix Business workflows • Passionate about new technologies specially in IT Service Management • Hands-On exepreince in Helix ITSM is a must • Experience working on or Helix AI Service Management and/or AI Operations Management solutions or any of our competitors' products in this space is highly advantageous • Strong Helix ITSM skills in developing workflows and Integration is a must • Understanding of GenAI/LLM technologies, especially in applied use cases (e.g., retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering) • Awareness and possible experience in AI, GenAI and Machine Learning • Solid skills in basic API and development technologies like REST APIs, JSON and others • Understanding of leading cloud provider technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is highly advantageous • You have a value based consultative approach, in which you can adopt and articulate the value of our solution to address the customer's challenges. • Ability to develop a broad awareness of the client's technical architecture and emerging technologies with enough knowledge to determine what is and is not possible. • Analyze customer needs through research and troubleshooting followed with recommending a solution. • Excellent interpersonal relationship building skills. • Strong problem solving and analytical ability. • Substantial experience working in an enterprise-type software consulting, implementation, support or training experience a major plus. • Language: Covering the Middle-East region – Arabic(Fluent/Native) and English(Fluent) are a must have. • Willing to travel for short duration within KSA (1-3 days) and Abroad (upto a week) • Should be living in KSA, Riyadh
