We're looking for a highly motivated Junior Technical Recruiter with some experience, eager to grow their skills and take on full-cycle recruitment responsibilities.


This role is perfect for someone early in their career with some experience in technical recruitment, who wants hands-on experience in in-house hiring within a global hi-tech environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and guiding candidates through the process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Headhunt and proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, track candidate progress, and align on recruitment priorities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS, while consistently engaging with and updating candidates
  • Partner with HR to ensure smooth recruitment processes, compliance with policies and labor laws, support for onboarding, internal mobility, etc.
  • Gain experience with HR interviews and offer discussions as you grow in the role.
  • Start with Israel-based roles and gradually expand to other regions, participating in global recruitment projects.


Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably technical recruiting
  • Experience in targeted headhunting using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, keeping records accurate in the ATS.
  • Passion for improving recruitment processes and efficiency.
  • Excellent fluency in both English and Hebrew (written and verbal).


It'll be nice if you have:

  • Experience hiring across a variety of technical roles – Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Product Managers, etc.
  • Experience working in a global hi-tech enterprise company.
  • Exposure to HR interviews and offer negotiations.
