Description

The Senior Analyst, FP&A plays a key role in driving financial planning, analysis, and operational insights across the supply chain organization. This role partners with operations leadership to analyze performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and support strategic decision-making.

You will be responsible for developing budgets and forecasts, analyzing financial results, and translating complex data into actionable insights that improve operational efficiency and financial outcomes. This position operates in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related field (typically 3+ years)
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel
  • Ability to analyze and interpret large data sets and communicate findings clearly
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Physical Demands

  • Primarily sedentary work in an office or remote environment
  • Ability to work on a computer for extended periods
