Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the VPM is to deliver and execute the Visual Standards and other Visual and Marketing directives in their home store. Add value and support to local stores in person as directed by RD and virtually, in remote support to the other stores in the Region. The Visual Product merchandiser is an instrumental Store Associate ensuring visual excellence.

Responsibilities
Presentation Follow-up
Executes on store designated floor plans in home store, and in support of local stores within reasonable commuting distance
Assists the store with placement of Furniture, Accessories, Art, Trees and all other product
Provides immediate assistance to resolve challenges regarding execution of product to company direction
Provides assistance with on-going floor plan execution in the region as assigned by the Regional Director
Offers product support to the Store and Guests as directed by Store Management Teams
As a member of the store team, could be requested to help other areas of the stores to support the Guest Experience in addition to Visual Support
Communicate visual or store specific challenges to Visual Planning Manager
Professionalism
Supports all company initiatives as directed by management or company with constructive and productive approach
Establishes and maintains positive partnership with Store Teams
Arrives at work prepared with necessary information and following the company's Dress Code Policy
Ensures company assigned assets are properly cared for and in good working condition
Reporting Relationship
Reports to the Store Manager
Required Qualifications
Ability to work within Teams and follow direction
Ability to actively listen
Ability to communicate effectively and utilize communication tools appropriately
Ability to move and lift objects over 50 LBS
Ability to contribute to the Stores overall success
Ability to travel within Reasonable distance

Retail background
Design or Visual experience
