Job Description

This role will serve as a strategic advisor and analytical partner within the Commercial Excellence team, with focus on the FI Market. This role will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting and analysis to drive revenue growth, support pricing strategies and delivering actionable insights that support business decisions across the Financial Institutions Market. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Product, Billing and Operations teams to ensure alignment of revenue strategies with broader organizational goals. With the ongoing transformation initiative this role is likely to expand to require understanding and integration with the AMS line of business in addition to the CVM business.

Key Responsibilities

Analysis, Forecasting & Planning

  • Lead monthly results analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes related to revenue streams for the FI market and integrating with broader finance team
  • Working with various sales team members, evaluate revenue performance to recommend actions to improve revenue, profitability and market competitiveness
  • Partner with FI Sales leadership to develop strategic sales initiatives, pricing frameworks and promotional strategies

Revenue Optimization & Analysis

  • Analyze margin and volume trends, and revenue opportunities across customer segments and channels
  • Monitor key revenue KPIs and develop dashboards for cross-functional visibility
  • Support Pricing team with initial business scenario models to support deal structures, key initiatives and contract negotiations

Business Partnering & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Develop a deep understanding of the key drivers in the FI market, including traditional CIT/ATM/CVS lines of business as well as AMS (ATM Managed Services)
  • Translate complex financial insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the VP Sales (Financial Institutions) and team, providing financial and commercial insights to support strategic planning and execution
  • Work directly with members of the FI Sales team to improve understanding of financial information and what is happening within customer accounts
  • Support commercial negotiations with data-backed financial analysis, working with Pricing team as required

Process & Performance Improvement

  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in revenue-related processes and propose improvements
  • Champion governance, controls, and compliance across commercial activities
  • Manage ad hoc financial projects, business cases, and strategic reviews

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in finance, revenue management, or commercial finance
  • Background in industries such as Finance, logistics is an asset

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel and financial planning tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Exceptional communication and influencing abilities across functions
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in strategic decisions
