General Summary

Our Nurse Practitioner Primary Care Fellowship is a year-long transition-to-practice program for newly graduated nurse practitioners who are interested in pursuing a career in primary care. The fellowship program provides a supportive, educational environment encompassing precepted continuity clinics, mentorship, didactics, research and quality improvement experience to help facilitate that difficult transition from academics to clinical practice. We offer a competitive salary and full benefits package including paid time off, CME time, sick and wellness time, and malpractice insurance.

After graduating from the fellowship, we offer employment opportunities, as available, with an increased salary that equals to a nurse practitioner or physician assistant salary with 2 years of experience. Our next cohort of fellows will start on September 9th, 2024. Applications will be accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis. We encourage applicants to apply as soon as possible to be considered. Spots in the program will be offered on a space-available basis. The program will continue to accept and review applications until the class is filled but no later than August 1st.
