- 12-hour shifts - 0645-1915, 1845-0715
- 2-week rotation core schedule
- manager makes schedule but will consider block scheduling

- # of Beds 53
- Nurse:Patient Ratios 1:5 on Days, 1:6 on Nights
- Common diagnoses/Types of patients include Pneumonia, CHF, COPD, Sepsis, COVID, stroke, overflow general surgical, oncology-some implanted radiation
- Charge nurse on each shift with no assignment
- Nurse aids/patient care techs on unit with duties including blood sugars, VS, etc
- No charge for RNs to titrate drips
- Common titratable and/or set rate drips include Heparin per protocol, antibiotics
- Cpap, occasional Bipap RT Equipment
- RN not required to read tele, on-site monitor tech available
- Black pants, scrub tops of choice dress code
- 2 12 hour shifts for unit/department specific orientation
- Option to go perm if a good fit

- Shifts & Scheduling: 12-hour shifts - 0645-1915, 1845-0715
- Self-scheduling and block scheduling considerations
- 2-week rotation core schedule
- Every other weekend requirement: Days- Sat, Sunday and Nights- Fri, Sat
- Holiday Requirement: Every other Days are Day of, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, etc. Nights are Eves, Day before Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, NYE etc.
