  • Medical degree from an accredited institution
  • Fellowship-trained in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery
  • Residency training in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Eligibility for medical licensure in the state of Wisconsin
