Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Apply daily lockbox receipts to customer accounts, research any unidentified payments
· Assist with financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends and any past due balances.
· Documents financial transactions by entering lease information. Substantiates financial transactions by auditing lease documents.
· Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
· Involve with pass through expense from landlords to our subtenants
· Invoices customers as needed for one time charges, special expenses, recurring charges, etc
· Calculate and maintain files with regards to percent rent owed to Circle K from tenants on monthly, quarterly or annual basis.
· Maintains accounting controls by following IFRS, Sarbanes-Oxley, and internal accounting policies; maintains financial security by following internal controls.
· Ensures compliance with requirements, policies and regulations by enforcing adherence to corporate systems, policies and governmental regulations.
· Assist with special projects as needed, could include CAM reconciliations due to our landlords
