Digital Sales Specialist

Type of Employment: Permanent

Location: Our office in Stockholm, Copenhagen and Oslo

THE ROLE 

Reporting to the Sr. Manager Global Digital Sales & Excellence within our Global Digital Sales & Excellence team, the Digital Sales Specialist will work with many of different stakeholders within the organization both in the team but also in all the Business Units where Circle K B2B operates both in EUR and the US. In Circle K we work with a strong professional development focus that gives the ability to further develop already well-established digital sales, marketing, and CRM toolbox.

The Digital Sales Specialist is a pivotal member of the Team. Together, leveraging the marketing automation platform Account Engagement (previously named Pardot), to drive revenue growth and enhance the digital sales process. This role requires a deep understanding of Account Engagement functionalities, as well as digital sales strategies and techniques, to effectively engage with customers and prospects. The Digital Sales Specialist plays a critical role in developing and implementing targeted digital campaigns, nurturing leads, and maximizing sales opportunities through personalized and automated Pardot flows.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

Here are ways that you'll help make journeys better:  

  • Segment and analyze customer data to create personalized digital sales engagement that drives conversions generating sales. 

  • Monitor and track the performance of digital sales using Account Engagement analytics and reporting tools to optimize strategies based on insight and data-driven decision-making. The insight help you evaluate and improve the effectiveness of Account Engagement campaigns and workflows, incorporating best practices and industry trends to drive better results. 

  • As a business developer, manage and implement digital sales campaigns with the target to grow our B2B business, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and automated workflows. 

  • Work closely with sales teams to align on campaigns with sales objectives and drive the conversion of leads into opportunities and customers. Improve ways of working by Implementing lead scoring and grading methodologies to prioritize and route leads to the sales teams for follow-up. 

  • Collaborate with Digital Sales Enablement Specialist to create engaging content and assets tailored to specific audience segments and buying personas. 

  • Stay informed about Account Engagement updates, new features, and industry trends to maximize the platform's capabilities and drive innovation in digital sales strategies. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of Account Engagement with other systems and processes. 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 

  • Proven experience in digital sales, marketing automation, or a similar role, with proficiency in using Account Engagement. 

  • In-depth knowledge of Account Engagement functionalities.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques, including email marketing, content marketing, and lead generation strategies. 

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive insights and decision-making. 

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. 

  • Ability to manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
