CLIENT RELATIONSHIP ANALYST WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? Working as part of a team, the Client Relationship Analyst (CRA) is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to a Portfolio Manager or team of Portfolio Managers. The CRA will assist with the Portfolio Management team's service delivery processes and solving client and advisor issues as it relates to operational and logistical inquires. They will act as a Portfolio Management team liaison with all Client Service teams including New Accounts, Billing, Performance and Operations. The role is to serve as the intermediary between client, advisors and the Portfolio Management team and is responsible for the efficient and timely completion of tasks and action items that arise. WHAT WILL YOU DO?- Assist with the creation and distribution of Portfolio Review Books, including printing and binding of books.
- Distribute Investment Policy statements and Re-allocation Letters.
- Deliver exceptional client service and serve as liaison between clients/advisors, Senior Portfolio Managers, Portfolio Managers, and Associate Portfolio Managers.
- Communicate directly with clients, always in a professional manner, on outstanding items and ongoing client relationship management.
- Lead end-to-end onboarding and maintenance activities for new and existing clients.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of client files and records, ensuring they are in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
- Manage client servicing requests and account maintenance; Use multiple communication methods to ensure a consistent and exceptional client service experience.
- Prepare and review reports on client activity, performance, and other metrics, providing analysis and recommendations as needed.
- Work with all internal and external parties to ensure timely and accurate execution of trades and other transactions.

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in client service, banking operations or relationship management support required.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a banking or financial services environment required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with bank products and services (eg. deposits, wealth management, cash management, international, etc.) required.
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or 65 and 66) preferred
- Experience in investment management operations/financial services industry
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address client needs and concerns
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach. Team player with the ability to collaborate with others
- Highly detail-oriented with superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Follow-up to ensure resolution and completion of tasks
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly grasp technology and train others on the effective use of firm and custodian systems
- Organize, manage and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Thorough and detailed knowledge of bank operations and understanding of risk management and compliance policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Compensation Starting base salary: $78,970 - $126,140 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
