HR INFORMATION SYSTEMS ANALYST WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? This position is responsible for performing business intelligence reporting, creating and maintaining metric dashboards, and administering the human capital management and applicant tracking systems for the Human Resources division. The position also provides project support and/or leadership as needed for initiatives that involve HR data. This position works independently under general direction to handle problems and non-routine situations by determining the approach or action to take and interpret guidelines, procedures, policies and practices. Colleagues in this position will continuously evaluate current HR processes to find, recommend and implement efficiencies. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Lead Data reporting and metrics strategy - Meet with user community to understand their needs for data reporting and analysis. Build, automate, and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards. Deliver routine daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting and analytics. Respond to intermediate to complex ad hoc data requests. Prepare reports, graphs, charts and statistics in support of Human Resources leadership team. Make recommendations as to how best to structure analyses to maximize the functionality of the software available. Must be able to autonomously synthesize requirements and turn them into technical solutions.
  • Report auditing - Develop system of logging and categorizing reports for the purpose of understanding trends and developing strategies to provide data to colleagues with greater efficiency and security.
  • Evaluate the efficacy and/or issues with the onboarding processes to create efficiencies, reduce data entry errors, and improve colleague productivity rates pertaining to the onboarding experience. Monitor and adjust processes in cooperation with the HR Ops team as needed. Train and/or guide HR Ops colleagues on new processes as changes are made.
  • Systems administration - Create and maintain user access rights. Execute user access audits to ensure appropriate system access and data privacy. Analyze policies and practices to find efficiencies and improve processes. Document, execute, and communicate process changes as needed. Business contact for the communication, explanation, and training related to system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Lead support and training for end users - Provide support to end users for HR systems to include one-on-one training as needed. Develop and deliver customized training programs as needed based on system changes and/or new implementations. Document and communicate process changes to other HR Systems team members as needed.
  • Perform system setup and configuration - Document system setup and keep up-to-date log of changes and customizations. Perform configurations for HR applications as needed.
  • Ensure data integrity - Execute basic data audits on a regular basis to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness both within and across systems. Distribute clean-up and further instructions to super users on data entry procedures.
  • Process and evaluate the HR Services inbox - Support the HR Helpline by assisting with HR Systems issues that are reported through the HR Helpline inbox. Periodically evaluate the types of issues that have been logged and develop proactive resolutions to the most frequent issues.
  • Manage teams for medium sized projects as necessary - Communicate regularly with system users and project team on projects, design changes, User Acceptance Testing and other work related to system changes and/or new implementations.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Required Qualifications*
  • Minimum of 5 years functional experience with human capital management systems and other HR systems or tools supporting areas such as Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and Learning & Development
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience working in an HR related role
  • Excellent functional knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications
Additional Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of human capital management and applicant tracking systems, particularly UKG Pro, ADP RM, iCIMS and/or Workday
  • Functional knowledge of HR (Compensation, Benefits, Learning & Development, Compliance, Payroll, and general HR processes)
  • 2 years experience authoring reports with Cognos Business Intelligence
  • Good analytical skills and great attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage constantly changing priorities
  • Ability to self-manage tasks, determine solutions, and execute autonomously
  • Ability to work with a wide range of colleagues at various levels and maintain confidentiality of sensitive colleague data
  • Experience with UKG Pro human capital management system preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Vizio, Microsoft Project, and/or Microsoft Access preferred

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Compensation Starting base salary: $60,500- $104,500 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
